Data Analyst – Business Analytics Development

We are seeking a Data Analyst in Business Analytics for a leading player in the construction and civil engineering sector. The position is based in Stockholm but can be partially remote. This is a consulting assignment. The role is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork. Assignment We are looking for a Data Analyst in Business Analytics. The role involves developing and maintaining reports and semantic models in Power BI, contributing to training and support for end-users, as well as developing analytical guidelines and best practices. You will collaborate with other roles to create decision-making support, work with BI architecture and design principles, and explore, design, build, test, and implement solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements. The role requires curiosity and the ability to stay updated in the BI and analytics field. Responsibilities - Expert knowledge in the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and semantic models - Training and support to help end-users succeed as Business Analysts - Experience in developing guidelines and best practices for analytical work - Collaborate with and support other roles in developing content for decision-making - Understand BI architecture and design principles for Business Analytics data foundations - Explore, design, build, test, and implement solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements - Stay updated on the latest developments in BI and analytics Requirements (Note: Mandatory) - Experience with Power BI and Fabric (senior or advisor level) - Experience in knowledge sharing/training in Power BI and data usage (senior level) - Experience in data modeling (senior level) - Experience in access management and information security - Experience with SQL and Python - Experience working in agile teams - Experience working in Azure DevOps - Fluent in Swedish and English - Academic degree in IT Meritorious - Experience working with databases, data warehouses, data lakes, or similar in a cloud environment - Experience working with DBT - Experience working with Databricks - Experience in IT architecture About Us Centio's overarching goal is to be a consulting company that offers smart and sustainable solutions that positively develop society.
