At Active Academy, we are now looking for leaders for FunkyKidz!
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves working with children
- Has rhythm and a sense of timing and loves to dance
- Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or has a strong sports background and has been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)
- Is expected to show great commitment to creating joy in movement for the participating children.
As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!
What is FunkyKidz?
At FunkyKidz, we mix dance and play in a playful and fun way. We work from a prepared session plan, which means that all choreographies and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your energy on spreading wonderful joy in dance!
As a leader, you will receive coaching throughout the term, participate in a leadership training, and be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders. You will simply have the most enjoyable part-time job that provides you with experience and credentials in working with children's groups.
Information about the employment:
• Part-time employment
• The work will take place during the spring of 2026, starting in week 5.
• The sessions are scheduled for Sundays from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Sollentuna swimming and sports hall.

MERIT: You are welcome to be studying for (or have completed) a preschool teacher degree or similar education. You may have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training or similar experience. This is not a requirement to apply, as you may still have the right personality.
