The world's most fun part-time job! With us, you will have the most enjoyable part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to engage in dance activities, as well as provide you with experience and credentials in leadership and group work. Dance, play, and spread joy to the children. It can't get any more fun! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.
We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for FunkyKidz! We are looking for you who:
- Love working with children
- Have rhythm and a sense of movement in your body and love dance
- Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or have a strong sports background and have been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)
- Are expected to show great commitment to creating joy in movement for the participating children.
As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!
What is FunkyKidz? At FunkyKidz, we mix dance and play in a playful and fun way. We work from a prepared session plan, which means that all choreographies and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your energy on spreading the joy of dance!
As a leader, you will receive coaching throughout the term, participate in a leadership training program, and be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders. You will simply have the world's most fun part-time job that provides you with experience and credentials in working with children's groups.
Information about the employment:
• Part-time employment
• The work will take place during spring 2026, starting in week 5.
• The sessions are scheduled for Sundays from 3 PM to 5 PM at Vallhamra Youth Center.

MERIT: You are welcome to be studying for (or have completed) a preschool teacher or similar qualification. You may have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training or similar experience. This is not a requirement to apply; you may still have the right personality.
