The world's most fun part-time job! With us, you will have the most enjoyable part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to engage in dance activities, as well as gain experience and credentials in leadership and group management. Dance, play, and spread joy to the children. It can't get any more fun! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.
At Active Academy, we are now looking for leaders for FunkyKidz! We are looking for you who:
- Loves working with children
- Has rhythm and a natural sense of timing and loves dance
- Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or has a strong sports background and has been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)
- You are expected to show great commitment to creating joy in movement for the participating children.
As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!
What is FunkyKidz?
At FunkyKidz, we mix dance and play in a fun and playful way. We work from a prepared session plan, meaning all choreographies and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus entirely on spreading the joy of dance!
As a leader, you will receive coaching throughout the term, participate in a leadership training program, and be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders. You will simply have the world's most fun part-time job that provides you with experience and credentials working with children's groups.
Employment information:
- Part-time employment
- The work will take place during spring 2026, starting in week 5.
- Sessions are scheduled for Sundays from 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM at Dammfriskolan.

MERIT: You are welcome to be studying for (or have completed) a preschool teacher degree or similar education. Ideally, you have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training or similar experience. This is not a requirement to apply, as you may still have the right personality.
