This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Essity. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment. **Responsibilities**
In the role of Order Administrator, you will work with the Danish market, managing larger wholesale orders for Essity's Professional Hygiene customers and serving as the first point of contact for their clients. You will provide support regarding order status, product inquiries, and other matters while addressing customer needs in close collaboration with Essity's network of Service Specialists. The role involves understanding customer needs, building trusting relationships, and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage large wholesale orders for our Professional Hygiene customers
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide support regarding order status, product inquiries, and other matters
- Address customer needs in collaboration with our network of Service Specialists
- Understand customer needs, build trusting relationships, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Experience in customer service, order administration, or equivalent
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP/S4 Hana is an advantage
