CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT ÖRESUND BRIDGE IN MALMÖ Are you a service-oriented, meticulous, and customer-focused person who enjoys working with people, at the border between two countries? Then you might be interested in this position located in Lernacken, Malmö. Requirement is that you are resident in Denmark. Öresund Bridge connects Sweden and Denmark – and now we are looking for someone who wants to help connect the customer experience. As part of the customer service team of approximately 20 people, you will be a key person for our customers when they have questions, thoughts, or need assistance. THE JOB As a customer service representative, you will answer incoming calls and emails from Swedish, Danish, and English-speaking customers. Questions range from invoices and prices to complaints and refunds. You will work in an open-plan office with committed colleagues where we all care for and help each other. The pace can be intense at times, but we support one another and work together towards common goals. Quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency are important keywords for us, which we hope are also close to your heart. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and is accustomed to taking personal responsibility and driving tasks to completion. You thrive in a changing everyday environment and are adept at switching between tasks and customer matters. To succeed in the role: • You have previous experience in customer service via phone and/or email • You are familiar with digital systems and have good computer skills • You are flexible and solution-oriented • You have a high service mindset and communicate clearly • You are comfortable working both independently and in a group • You are confident communicating in Swedish, Danish, and English • You have good analytical skills and are detail-oriented WHAT DO WE OFFER?
