Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you service-oriented, energetic, and want to develop within customer service? We are now seeking a Danish-speaking customer service employee at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Nordic! About the Role The customer service department consists of 8 committed employees who together deliver service and support to dealers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. As a customer service employee, you will primarily focus on Danish dealers, but will also interact with other Nordic countries. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, and work is performed on-site at the office near Södra Station in Stockholm. Your responsibilities include: • Informing, guiding, and selling Goodyear products via telephone • Managing orders, complaints, and other customer matters • Solution-oriented support focused on exceeding customer expectations The work is dynamic and varied, involving multiple parallel tasks ranging from providing phone service to handling orders, large shipments, logistics issues, complaints, and other problem-solving. Simultaneously, it offers opportunities for you to develop and grow in the role. You will begin with a comprehensive introduction to quickly integrate into the work and feel confident in customer interactions.
