ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Advisor, you will become an important part of our team and a central contact for our customers. You will:
• Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding advice, sales, and service.
• Handle complaints and returns, focusing on turning challenges into positive customer experiences.
• Participate in digital customer meetings via platforms like Teams.
• Provide technical advice related to our product areas, such as conservatories, greenhouses, and doors/windows.
• Contribute to sales and customer relationships by being advisory, solution-oriented, and service-minded.
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues in customer service and inside sales to ensure a seamless and professional customer journey.

Qualifications:
• Completed upper secondary education.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
• Technical understanding of construction and the ability to provide qualified advice to customers.
• Language skills must include fluent communication in Swedish, Danish, and preferably English, both spoken and written. We consider experience from the building materials industry or related fields as an asset, as well as familiarity with Jeeves or similar business systems.
