Technical Support Specialist - Danish and Swedish Speaking
Nordicinfu Care is now seeking a Danish and Swedish-speaking technical support specialist for their headquarters in Alvik, Bromma!
Nordicinfu Care is a Nordic company providing medical technology equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services. Their goal is to enhance the quality of life for patients with chronic diseases by offering innovative home treatment. Here, you'll become part of a company passionate about their work.
This is a 6-month consultant assignment via The Place, starting immediately, with potential for extension or direct hiring.
Role Responsibilities:
• Support users, healthcare personnel, and partners in the Danish and Swedish markets
• Assist the sales team with technical support inquiries
• Manage incoming product complaints
• Handle order management when necessary
You will work with advanced equipment and multiple systems, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Your Qualifications:
• Fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent system proficiency
Preferred Experience:
• Customer service background
• Previous work in healthcare or medtech industry
