**About you:** Are you a Danish-speaking, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about service and eager to create the best customer experience for your clients? We are currently seeking Danish-speaking customer service representatives with a strong sense of service. At Foundever, we focus on responding to incoming support inquiries regarding all of our customers' products, emphasizing a positive customer experience through a friendly and personal approach. We believe that attitude and personality are more important than previous work experience, which is why we do not require any prior employment for our future customer service representatives. Our customers primarily reach out to us by phone, but also via email and chat; however, your main tool will be the phone. You have the option to work either from home in Sweden or onsite at our office in Dals-Ed, Sweden. A 3-week training program will be provided, which can be conducted via video link if you choose to work from home, or in our training room at the office if you prefer onsite work. Before your employment begins, we will supply the necessary work tools. The primary focus is on customer satisfaction. You will excel at guiding customers to the right solutions, aiming to create satisfied clients and addressing their inquiries through a friendly and personal approach. The role also emphasizes meeting the goals set by both the customer and the company, providing you with the opportunity to influence your salary through a fixed base salary and an associated bonus model. Customer service operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, meaning there are no evening or weekend shifts. We have two shifts: one from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the other from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which will rotate within the team.
