**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant, you will play a key role in defining and implementing DACHSER's marketing and communications strategy. You will serve as a link between our global marketing and communications teams, our regional Nordic office, and local business units. You will ensure that our brand presence, communication, and activities align with the company's strategic goals while adapting to local market conditions.
In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally – developing marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, managing media relations, and supporting communication both internally and externally across the organization. The role requires a forward-thinking mindset as well as the ability to combine creativity with structure.
**Your Main Responsibilities**
- Actively contribute to defining and achieving strategic marketing and communications goals
- Manage social media, e.g., LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Create and practically implement a locally integrated communication plan that aligns with sales and business objectives
- Collaborate with the Nordic regional marketing and communication team, as well as coordinate with respective departments at our local offices
- Establish and maintain media contacts at the country level
- Create country-specific content for external and internal communication
- Monitor and report relevant KPIs
- Conduct market and competitive analysis at the country level
This is a permanent full-time position based at our newly built local office in Landskrona.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for a driven, structured, and communicative individual who enjoys both strategic and practical marketing and communications work. You have strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate across different functions and levels within the organization. To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience in marketing and/or corporate communication, as well as a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar studies.
Since DACHSER is an international company, you express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
