**The Job**
Inside Sales is an important part of our sales team where you will work with new customer acquisition, follow-ups, administrative tasks in our CRM system, and the implementation of new customers. The role involves significant contact both externally and internally, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with customers through excellent customer service, primarily via phone and email.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- New customer acquisition
- Documentation of sales activities in our CRM system
- Participation in the implementation of new assignments and customers
- Support for the sales department, including booking customer visits, follow-ups, and environmental reports
The position is a permanent full-time role with working hours on weekdays.
**Who You Are**
As a person, you have a strong drive for sales, are not hesitant to pick up the phone and make cold calls, prospect, schedule meetings for colleagues in outside sales, and engage with the needs of our existing and potential customers. We are looking for someone with high social competence, who works in a results-oriented manner and approaches tasks with energy. You will fit well in this role if you are responsible and have a high level of business acumen.
We place the greatest emphasis on your engagement and personal qualities; therefore, prior experience in the transport and logistics industry is not a requirement but is considered an advantage. However, we do expect you to be computer literate, with the ability to handle Excel and PowerPoint without issues; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Since DACHSER is an international company, good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, are required.
