Cylinder Operator

Your New Role • In this job, you are responsible for managing and developing a safe and efficient production in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices • You will work with filling and analyzing medical gas bottles, focusing on quality and precision • Sorting medical gas bottles is part of your workday, where you ensure that routines and guidelines are followed • You will pick orders according to pick lists to meet customer needs and ensure a smooth delivery process • In your work, you will handle deviations and be a key part of driving development forward through LEAN and continuous improvements • You will contribute to safe working conditions and develop the department's work methods and approaches • It is also important that you actively promote a good collaborative climate and build sustainable relationships, both within the team and with other departments Who Are You? • You have a high school diploma or other relevant education, and previous experience in production environments with high safety requirements • We prefer candidates who are detail-oriented and have experience with work requiring both quality and precision, preferably in automation production • Leadership experience, forklift certification, or medical production experience is meritorious • You have a strong work ethic and good communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage your surroundings • You are highly proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have English language skills that can be useful in the role About Us!
