We are Stockholm's most talked-about plumbing company – Cyklande Rörmokaren – and we are now opening in Uppsala. You will be responsible for starting and running our new branch from day one. You will begin either on your own or with 1-2 installers and then build your team at your own pace. This is not just a regular job – it’s an opportunity to become our local entrepreneur with support from Stockholm.
You will:
- Lead and perform all types of plumbing work in Uppsala and the surrounding areas
- Build and manage your own team (recruitment, scheduling, ongoing follow-up)
- Drive sales and customer relationships (we will provide you with leads)
- Work with our environmentally friendly bike concept – no queues, no emissions
- Report to the head office in Stockholm (we handle all administration, invoicing, marketing)

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a certified plumber (Säker Vatten)
- Has at least 5 years of experience in service and contracting
- Holds a B driver's license (a car is needed for some jobs outside the city center)
- Is used to taking responsibility and enjoys customer contact
- Likes the idea of cycling/e-cycling to jobs in central Uppsala
- Wants to grow from installer to branch manager/entrepreneur
