About the Position
You will lead and conduct risk analyses and audits within cybersecurity. The role also includes supporting the agency's employees in their work with cybersecurity and data protection. This involves, for example, conducting training sessions and working on follow-ups in the area. You will work both in our agile network organization and in the security line organization.
The role entails many points of contact, both internally and externally. We engage in continuous analysis and development of our services, offering exciting security assignments and development opportunities. You will also have the chance to influence the development of the agency's IT security architecture. Ultimately, this contributes to creating our future digital health data solutions.
About You
This job is suitable for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others in various constellations. You communicate easily with different types of people, and it is second nature for you to take responsibility for driving your own work forward. You can explain complex matters in a simple and concise way, while also being able to take a holistic perspective on what you are working on.
We are looking for someone who has:
• An academic degree with a focus on security or several years of relevant professional experience in security work
• Several years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity within an organization with critical societal functions
• Current professional experience with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Security Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, and ISO 27000
• A good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
It is advantageous for the position if you have:
• Relevant professional experience in cybersecurity work within a government agency and/or in the healthcare and social services sector
• At least two years of professional experience working with data protection and/or security protection in the last five years
• Certifications in areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar
• Relevant professional experience working within security frameworks/cyber protection methods such as NIST CSF, CIS18, and COBIT.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement. The position is located in Kalmar or Stockholm. The work may involve business travel, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security assessment with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For certain tasks in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
