Cybersecurity Specialist

About the position You will lead and conduct risk analyses and audits within cybersecurity. The role also includes supporting the agency's employees in their work with cybersecurity and data protection. This means, for example, that you will conduct training sessions and work on follow-up activities in the area. You will work both in our agile network organization and in the security line organization. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally. We engage in continuous analysis and development of our services, which offers exciting security assignments and development opportunities. You will also have the chance to influence the development of the agency's IT security architecture. Ultimately, this contributes to creating our future digital health data solutions. You find it easy to communicate with different types of people, and it is second nature for you to take responsibility for driving your own work forward. You can explain complex matters in a simple and concise manner, while also maintaining a holistic perspective on your work. We are looking for someone who has: • An academic degree with a focus on security or several years of relevant professional experience in security work • Several years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity within an organization with critical societal functions • Current professional experience with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Security Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, and ISO 27000 • A good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. It is advantageous for the position if you have: • Current professional experience in cybersecurity work within a government agency and/or in the healthcare and social services sector • At least two years of professional experience working with data protection and/or security protection in the last five years • Certifications in areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar • Current professional experience working within security frameworks/cyber protection methods such as NIST CSF, CIS18, and COBIT.
