Your Role
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll answer questions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each customer receives a friendly and professional interaction. The work primarily involves helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service. You may also offer customers tips and information about solutions that can help them.
As part of the support team, you'll be involved from the beginning and contribute to creating a stable and well-functioning customer service department. You will work closely with colleagues and leaders in a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Enjoys providing great service and helping others
• Is curious, wants to develop, and has a strong desire to learn
• Has phone experience and enjoys customer contact
• Has previous customer service experience
• Is social, positive, and good at collaboration
