About this role

Are you looking to grow and learn more in customer service? We invite you to our client's customer service department in Stockholm, starting December 1st. Here, you'll have the opportunity to grow, develop, and become part of an amazing team. Your Role As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll answer questions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each customer receives a friendly and professional interaction. The work primarily involves helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service. You may also offer customers tips and information about solutions that can help them. As part of the support team, you'll be involved from the beginning and contribute to creating a stable and well-functioning customer service department. You will work closely with colleagues and leaders in a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes.
