Nordic Travel Clearing is a centralized payment solution that ensures payment, collects, checks, and streamlines all costs associated with business travel – in one flow. This gives companies more time to focus on important tasks instead of administering their travel. We are now seeking a Customer Support Specialist who wants to be an important part of our team and continue building a customer service with pride, warmth, and quality. Role Overview In this role, you will be a central point of contact for our customers and partners, including travel agencies, hotels, banks, and credit providers. You will work in our case management system, help resolve various issues and tasks related to the payment process, and contribute to creating a smooth and secure experience for our users. You will work closely with colleagues in support, onboarding, product, and development, and are a crucial piece of how we develop working methods, routines, and customer experience over time.
