**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will become an essential part of Swedron's core—our back office where service, technology, and structure meet every day. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from both corporate clients and private individuals. One moment you might be taking an order or creating a quote, and the next, you will be following up on a case or helping someone find the right products. Our customers vary from large industrial companies and authorities to tech-savvy individuals—and so do their inquiries. You will proactively seek information, using Google as your best colleague, and contact suppliers when necessary. At the same time, you will manage the internal flow: orders, deliveries, and collaboration with sales, inventory, and finance.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structure but also appreciates variety. Patience, prioritization skills, and customer focus are central—here, we always put the customer first. No case is too big or too small, and with humility, a lack of pretension, and care, you ensure that every customer receives a quick, clear, and personal experience.
**You Will:**
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to support our customers.
- Receive orders directly over the phone or via email and register them in our business system.
- Create quotes for customers who request them, and for larger deals, forward them to the sales team.
- Manage the order flow from start to invoicing: placing orders with distributors, following up on deliveries, and invoicing completed orders.
- Troubleshoot support cases and find solutions independently by researching, Googling, or contacting suppliers.
- Assist both corporate clients and private individuals, often with varying technical levels and needs.
- Welcome customers on-site, for example, when they drop off a service case or for a brief meeting about a product.
- Contribute to improving our routines and workflows as we grow.

**Qualifications:**
- A few years of experience in support, administration, or customer service.
- A technical interest and curiosity.
- Attention to detail, stress resilience, and the ability to prioritize.
- A technical high school education is an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
