About the Role As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will become an important part of Swedron's heart - our back office where service, technology, and structure meet every day. You will work in rotation with incoming calls, emails, and chat from both corporate customers and private individuals. One moment you'll receive an order or create a quote, the next you'll follow up on a case or help someone find the right products. Customers vary, from large industrial companies and authorities to tech-interested private individuals - and so do the questions. You'll seek out information, use Google as your best colleague, and contact suppliers when needed. At the same time, you'll keep the internal flow together: orders, deliveries, and collaboration with sales, inventory, and finance. This is a role for someone who likes structure but also appreciates variation. Patience, prioritization skills, and customer focus are central - we always put the customer first. No case is too big or too small, and with humility, lack of prestige, and care, you'll ensure that every customer receives a quick, clear, and personal experience. You will, among other things: • Receive incoming calls, emails, and chat to support our customers • Receive orders directly by phone or email and register them in our business system • Create quotes for customers who request them, and for larger deals, forward to the sales team • Manage the order flow from start to invoicing: place purchases with distributors, follow up on deliveries, and invoice completed orders • Troubleshoot support cases and find solutions independently by reading up, googling, or contacting suppliers • Help both corporate customers and private individuals, often with varying technical levels and needs • Receive customers on-site, for example, when they drop off a service case or for a brief product meeting • Contribute to improving our routines and working methods as we grow We're looking for someone who... … is curious about both people and technology and enjoys days with variation.
