El-Info is now seeking a Customer Success professional for our Växjö office, a key person who ensures our customers are not just satisfied, but truly impressed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Success professional at El-Info, you'll have a varied and meaningful workday. You'll be our link between customer, system, and solution - the one who makes things happen. Your focus will be delivering a first-class customer experience every day.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing fast and professional support via phone, email, and chat
• Guiding customers and helping them find the right solution for their needs
• Troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and assisting with technical questions
• Handling administration, invoices, and cancellations with precision
• Registering and administering orders
• Receiving and booking participants for our training and courses
This is a role for someone who likes to think one step ahead, test new working methods, and continuously wants to improve the customer journey. PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you are a solution-oriented, service-minded, and curious person who likes taking responsibility and building relationships. You're a natural team player who gains energy from collaboration but also thrives with individual responsibility.
We prefer candidates who have:
• Completed high school education
• Several years of experience in customer service, support, or similar role
• Strong ability to create trust and build customer relationships
• Good system proficiency and interest in digital tools
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

This Customer Success position is a temporary role for at least one year, with good opportunities for permanent employment after the period.
