ABOUT THE POSITION
Qvalia is the FinTech company transforming how organizations manage business messages and financial information. Through our SaaS platform, which utilizes built-in data modeling and agent-based AI services, we provide customers with increased control and more efficient processes. We are an access point in the global Peppol network, a framework agreement supplier to the Swedish government, and ISO 27001 certified. Qvalia has over 10,000 users in 40+ countries and is looking for someone to take a key role in our Customer Success team at Qvalia, where support, business development, and customer value intersect.
As a Customer Success professional, you are Qvalia's ambassador and the customer's strategic partner – from onboarding to full adoption. You proactively combine customer support with business development and inbound sales. Your task is to ensure that every customer interaction leads to business value, high platform usage, and long-term relationships. By identifying new needs and solutions, you contribute to both the customer's and Qvalia's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities
* Onboarding & Adoption: Provide proactive support and user assistance for our SaaS platform, including guiding customers in the platform's functionality, processes, and effective usage.
* Business Development: Identify customer needs and actively contribute to upselling and expansion of Qvalia's solutions in close collaboration with the sales team.
* Customer Relationships: Manage and qualify inquiries from potential and existing customers. Ensure prompt feedback, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction.
* Systems & Structure: Work systematically in our CRM system (Hubspot) for documentation, follow-up, and maintaining clear processes.

- Experience in customer service, B2B sales, technical support, finance, or working with SaaS solutions.
- Curiosity and confidence in navigating a technical environment where terms such as API, JSON, and XML are familiar – not intimidating.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.
- Comfortable with the Office suite.
