**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Customer Success representative at El-Info, you will have a varied and meaningful daily routine. You are our link between the customer, the system, and the solution—the one who makes things happen. Your focus is to provide a first-class customer experience every day. Your tasks will include:
- Providing quick and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Guiding customers and helping them find the right solution for their needs.
- Troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and assisting with technical questions.
- Managing administration, invoices, and cancellations with precision.
- Registering and administering orders.
- Receiving and booking participants for our training sessions and courses.
This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking one step ahead, testing new working methods, and constantly wanting to improve the customer journey. **PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS**
We believe you are a solution-oriented, service-minded, and curious person who enjoys taking responsibility and building relationships. You are a natural team player who gains energy from collaboration but also thrives with individual responsibility. We prefer that you have:
- A complete upper secondary education.
- Several years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
- A strong ability to build trust and relationships with customers.
- Good familiarity with systems and an interest in digital tools.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Finnish is a plus.
