Make a difference for those who make a difference About the Role Do you want to help others succeed and create real value in care through smart digital solutions? As a Customer Success Specialist at Allevi, you will play a central role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting system implementations, and ensuring our solutions are used effectively. Do you have experience with complex implementations—larger clients or more complex organizations? This can be highly beneficial in this role where you will educate and onboard many user roles. You will work closely with our customers in the care sector and make a direct impact—every day. The position can be based in our offices in Gothenburg or Jönköping. We collaborate closely across regions and will adjust the location based on the right candidate. Responsibilities In the role of Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey—from the first contact after the signed agreement to long-term follow-up: • Lead onboarding processes and be the primary contact for the customer. • Plan and conduct training sessions, both in-person and digitally. • Ensure that our systems are used correctly and provide value in the customer's daily operations. • Provide guidance, answer questions, and assist with basic configuration. • Follow up on customer satisfaction and identify risks or development needs. • Collaborate with the sales team on upselling and expansion. • Handle simpler support cases and assist during peak workloads. • Develop training materials and work closely with the product team on improvements. Who You Are To succeed in this role, we see that you are an educational, confident, and solution-oriented person who enjoys building relationships and driving processes forward. You are used to working independently but are also curious about collaborating across team boundaries. We are looking for someone who has: • Post-secondary education or vocational training in a relevant field. • Experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or Account Management—preferably within SaaS. • Good technical understanding and experience supporting system implementations. • Familiarity with working in CRM systems and handling customer data. • Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written forms. It is a plus if you also have: • Experience in the care sector or working with municipal operations. • Domain knowledge in assistance or home care.
