About the position We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for an innovative and growing company in the energy technology sector. Here, you will play a central role in supporting both installers and end-users with smart solutions that contribute to electrification and a more sustainable future. You will be part of a dedicated team where initiative and development are valued. Responsibilities • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email – from installation to troubleshooting and advice. • Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding products, complaints, and order management. • Collaborate with internal teams to create a smooth customer journey. • Contribute to the improvement of routines and processes. Who we believe you are • You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy guiding others through practical and technical matters. • You are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured even when the pace is high. • You have previous experience in technical support, installation, or working with solutions in energy, charging infrastructure, or similar areas. Additionally, it is important that you are comfortable with digital tools and have a desire to develop. Practical information • Scope: Full-time • Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday • Location: Office south of Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work (1–2 days/week) • Benefits: Occupational pension, wellness allowance, and 30 days of vacation.
