About this role

Job Description Wayke is one of Sweden's leading digital marketplaces for the automotive industry. Through our platform, we assist dealers in reaching the right buyers for their vehicles, creating more business opportunities while streamlining their processes. We are now seeking a Customer Success Manager who will play a central role in helping our customers understand the full value of Wayke and how they can utilize the platform to grow their business. In this role, you will work to ensure that customers achieve maximum results from the platform and become a natural advisor in their daily operations. You will lead onboarding, follow up on results, and coach customers on how they can work smarter and more efficiently using the platform. By understanding their needs and goals, you will identify new opportunities and help them grow with Wayke. The work combines digital and physical customer meetings, workshops, and follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and the product team, playing an important role in strengthening customer relationships and creating long-term value. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the automotive business and knowledge of the process from purchase to delivery. You may currently be working in or around car sales, as we believe that experience is important. You should also be accustomed to driving change and development. You understand the importance of shortening lead times and creating efficient workflows, and you have a natural interest in how digital tools can contribute to this. Experience in implementing new systems and working with digitalization in a business is a plus. Furthermore, you are relationship-oriented, pedagogical, and thrive in the advisory role where you can combine business acumen with a genuine customer focus. You view upselling opportunities as a natural part of the job, with a focus on helping the customer improve their performance.
