It is meritorious if you have experience in association life and your professional background is from the sales industry. You have previously worked with proactive and consultative sales and have a long-term approach to your customers.

RAVELLI helps associations/school classes finance their activities or go on their dream class trip. RAVELLI's motto is "everyone should be included", where all children should be able to afford sports or join class trips. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million SEK to school classes and community organizations.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
As a Customer Success Manager at Ravelli, you are responsible for driving sales processes and developing business nationwide. You will do this by systematically seeking out and creating collaborations with new and existing associations in the RAVELLI customer base.
Your tasks include creating value for the customer and making our service easy to use. You will drive your own sales and work independently through the entire sales process from initial contact, contract, follow-up, upselling, and customer care.
In this role, you will report to and work closely with sales managers in Stockholm, becoming part of the sales team which currently consists of 5 people. As the company is in a strong growth phase, there are significant opportunities for the right person to grow within the company.
