About this role

We are seeking an engaged and solution-oriented Customer Success Manager for a consulting assignment at a rapidly growing tech company in transport and logistics. In this role, you will have a central position in the customer journey from onboarding to long-term partnership. You will be the customer's primary contact point and ensure they get maximum value from the platform. You will guide new customers through implementation, ensure a smooth start, and then build strong and long-lasting relationships. You will work closely with various parts of the organization, from product and sales to operations and management, and contribute valuable insights that shape future services and features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, building relationships, and solving problems before they arise.
