About the Role as Customer Success Manager
At Netpublicator, you'll be the link between customer, sales, and delivery. Your mission is to ensure customers maximize the value of Netpublicator's services, from the first support inquiry to long-term business development. Part of the role involves support, which means receiving and managing customer cases in the company's system, answering user questions, and directing more technical issues to the appropriate team.
The rest of your time will focus on customer care and sales – you'll follow up with existing customers, identify new needs, prepare quotes, and ensure customers use services in the most effective way. You'll work closely with the company's sales and delivery team and have daily contact with customers in the public sector.
This is a new role, which means you'll help shape it – establishing structure, creating routines, and developing Netpublicator's customer forum and training platform for existing customers.
Example Tasks:
• Manage incoming customer cases via email and phone
• Follow up on customer contracts and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and administer quotes and invoice documentation
• Update customer information in CRM system
• Work on follow-up and documentation
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, we're seeking someone with:
• Experience in customer service, support, or another role with significant customer contact
• Structured and administrative work style, combined with sales drive and relationship-building skills
• Social, curious personality who dares to take initiative
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, support, or similar customer-facing role
• Basic B2B sales experience
• Strong administrative skills and digital tool proficiency
• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
• Positive and communicative personality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in SaaS, IT, or tech industry
• Previous work with CRM or business systems
