Who is ELISA?
ELISA or Easy Lives Sales is a software company whose product helps both physical and online retailers achieve ambitious sales results on social media through live shopping. Our mission is to empower retailers to establish personal customer relationships in the digital age. Using our software robot, ELISA, retailers can easily sell on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Within one year, we've grown to 500+ customers across 6 countries. After securing a 5M Euro capital injection from our strategic investor, we're now looking to accelerate our growth in the Swedish market by adding a Customer Success Agent.

About the Job
We seek trustworthy, skilled Customer Success Agents ready to play a key role in our growth journey. You'll be a central part of our customer service team, primarily engaging with customers digitally through phone, email, live chat, and other platforms. Your role will involve supporting, problem-solving, and demonstrating our software for existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone and digital systems
- Train new customers on our software platform
- Continuous personal development
Must-Haves
- Affinity for customer service, retail, or social media
- Motivation to work in a start-up environment
- Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for sales opportunities
- Quick learner comfortable with IT systems
- Fluent in English, native Swedish speaker
Nice to Have
- Norwegian language skills
- Advanced Facebook and Instagram knowledge
- Experience in SaaS or E-commerce

Location
Remote work is possible, with an office in Aarhus, Denmark. We hope you'll visit our Aarhus office a few times annually.
