We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Customer Success Team who wishes to contribute to the modernization of legal services.
**About the Role**
Our Customer Success Team ensures that clients receive swift and professional support from the very first call. We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative who is passionate about delivering effective, high-quality service. Through your approach, you will ensure that customer satisfaction remains high and that communication with both external and internal parties runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing customer service inquiries
• Responding to phone calls and emails
• Selling legal advice
• Contacting authorities and courts
• Calendar and travel bookings
• Case updates in digital systems
• Mail handling
• Supporting colleagues with administration
This position can be applied for in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Vänersborg, or Borås.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a person with basic experience in service and sales who is at the beginning of their career. You likely have worked in a call center, hotel reception, or a similar position with active sales. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and can comfortably switch between the languages. As a person, you are driven, structured, and keen to make a good impression while finding solutions. You thrive on being the "spider in the web" in a dynamic work environment with a fast pace and gain energy from achieving tangible goals.
• High school diploma with good grades
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role
