What does the Customer Success Advisor role involve? As a Customer Success Advisor, you will work in a team that daily supports Telenor's corporate customers over the phone, digital channels, or in person. Your role will be to develop strong customer relationships, create a high understanding of the customer's business, and deliver a world-class customer experience. A key task is to work proactively, identifying potential and offering services that add significant value for the customer. A key to success is your ability to define and manage customer problems, either addressing them directly or efficiently managing them within the organization. You will be offered good development opportunities and are expected to actively seek information to expand your area of expertise and improve the assignment's conditions. Who are we looking for? For the Customer Success Advisor role, we are primarily seeking someone who is communicative and results-oriented, driven by taking own initiatives and working with people. To thrive in the role, you need to have a genuine interest in service, developing long-term customer relationships, and the ability to handle complex situations at a high pace. To get into the role as quickly as possible, previous experience in sales and service assignments in business-to-business is a significant plus. Your attitude is that the team comes before the individual and that we are better together.
