About this role

About the Company The company will be presented during the first interview along with the responsible recruiter. Your Role In this role, you will be a key person in the daily order-to-cash flow, working to ensure that logistics, orders, and deliveries operate smoothly. You will also analyze data related to customer order and complaint behaviors to identify improvements that enhance service and create cost savings. As a link between Back Office, Sales, and Supply, you will help drive both daily operations and improvement projects that contribute to the development of more efficient processes. Main Responsibilities • Daily management of the operational flow within order to cash (e.g., order placement and adjustment of lead times) • Monitoring and oversight of transport and delivery • Coding and follow-up of invoices • Handling and follow-up of complaints • Analysis of customer behavior, order and complaint patterns, and implementation of optimizations • Identification and implementation of cost savings within the order to cash flow Your Profile Requirements: • Secondary education • At least 3 years of experience in service-related and administrative work, such as customer support, back office, or equivalent • Experience with SAP Preferred: • Experience with Salesforce • Previous work in administration related to operations and logistics Personal Attributes We are looking for a driven and structured individual with a genuine interest in problem-solving and improvement work.
