We are currently seeking a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative for the Northern region, including the Baltics. You will be part of the Regional Customer Facing & Order Management team and report to the regional manager. The role primarily targets the Danish market.
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a smooth and professional customer experience, from order to delivery. Your tasks will include:
- Managing large wholesale orders for Professional Hygiene customers.
- Being the first point of contact for customers and providing support regarding order status, product information, and other inquiries.
- Collaborating with our Service Specialists to effectively address customer needs.
- Understanding the customer's business, building trusting relationships, and delivering high-quality service both internally and externally.

We expect you to have:
- Relevant education and experience in customer service, order administration, or a similar work environment.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Danish, Swedish, and English.
- Experience with SAP/S4 Hana – advantageous but not a requirement.
