About this role

Klang.ai is a privacy-focused AI service that helps organizations document conversations and meetings in a secure and efficient manner. Our solution is used by businesses with high demands for privacy and compliance, such as the public sector, legal field, and insurance. In this role, you will be the hub between our customers and our product. You will ensure that each customer gets started quickly, maximizes their use of Klang, and experiences clear value in every interaction. Responsibilities Specific Customers - Guide customers through onboarding and activation in various parts of the product - Help them derive concrete benefits from the start and on an ongoing basis - Become an expert on Klang and our various workflows Customer Dialogue and Support - Manage daily contact with customers – quickly, clearly, and solution-oriented - Capture needs and questions, and suggest smart working methods - Identify patterns and take the initiative for improvements Guidance and Self-Service - Create guides, templates, and walkthroughs that enable customers to be self-sufficient - Contribute to streamlining our support and improving the customer journey We believe you - Have experience in customer relations, preferably within customer service, support, or SaaS - Have a good technical understanding and find it easy to learn new tools - Communicate clearly and simply – both in Swedish and English - Are structured and can manage multiple customer dialogues simultaneously - Have a strong drive to create value in every interaction - Enjoy identifying patterns and improving processes when necessary - Think one step ahead – and solve problems before they arise - Have an interest in AI and new ways of working Why Klang?
