About the Role
SkyTech is, through its subsidiaries, Europe's largest supplier of labeling for electrical, plumbing, and ventilation installations. At SignsOnDemand, customer service, marketing, and sales operate for each country. We are now seeking a Customer Communicator tasked with calling and emailing potential customers in our Norwegian company. In this role, you will work closely with our Norwegian Country Manager, as well as customer communicators working in other markets.
Your focus will be on conducting high-quality customer dialogues that both strengthen relationships and contribute to sales. You will:
• Conduct outgoing customer calls according to established guidelines.
• Contact both existing and potential customers based on provided lists.
• Identify customer needs and create value through relevant offerings.
• Accurately and systematically document feedback and sales results in our systems.
• Report to Country Manager and contribute improvement suggestions.
• Actively work towards set goals together with Country Manager.

We believe you:
• Are comfortable calling new customers from lists
• Have previous experience with telephone sales
• Have previous experience working with Norwegian customers
• Have lived or worked in Norway
• Are a communicative and credible person with sales drive.
• Are accustomed to working towards goals and motivated by seeing results.
• Are meticulous in your work and enjoy documenting and following routines.
Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service with sales elements, or B2C/B2B sales is meritorious – but we place equal importance on your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop.
We offer an international workplace with colleagues from several European countries. We have offices in Gothenburg and Norrtälje, with the possibility of working from Stockholm.
