We are now seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for our team in Stäket, Järfälla – a role for someone who enjoys service, technology, and playing a central part in making everyday operations smooth for both customers and colleagues. About the Role As one of our colleagues moves forward within the company, an opportunity opens up for you to join our Customer Care team. Here, you'll be the one who keeps everything flowing – you'll plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily service assignments, ensure the right technicians are in the right place, and that our customers receive quick and professional assistance. You'll work closely with our service technicians and other departments to create a seamless experience for our customers – from daily operations to installations and preventive maintenance. You'll work in modern facilities alongside an experienced and helpful team that enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and developing our working methods together. We value commitment and humor. Example Responsibilities Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email Help customers resolve simple issues directly online Create and update cases in the IFS business system Plan resources and coordinate technicians for service assignments Follow up on KPIs, proactive service, and customer satisfaction Invoice and report on service assignments Perform other administrative tasks supporting the service organization Who We Think You Are You are a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are tech-interested, have a natural sense of service, and are driven by finding solutions that make customers happy. We believe you have: Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably via phone and email Experience as a service leader, coordinator, resource planner, traffic manager, or similar role Interest and understanding of technology Ability to plan, prioritize, and create structure Good computer skills (Office package), experience with IFS is meritorious Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Above all, you are a team player who wants to contribute to good collaboration, both internally and with our customers. You are driven by helping others.
