We are now seeking a CRM Specialist who wants to help create long-term customer relationships and increase repurchase frequency through data-driven and relevant communication.
About the Role
As a CRM Specialist at Sunda, you are responsible for building, driving, and developing our communication with existing customers. Focusing on retention and customer loyalty, you will work with email marketing, segmentation, and automated flows to increase engagement, repurchases, and customer lifetime value (CLV). You have a key role in creating smart, personalized customer experiences. In the right channel at the right time.
Your Mission
• Plan, produce, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows
• Segment customer base and create targeted communication
• Analyze campaign data and behavioral patterns to improve retention and CLV
• Identify customer groups and lifecycle phases with potential for reactivation or upselling
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive customer journey

We Believe You Have
• Experience in CRM work and email marketing, preferably in e-commerce
• Excellent knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience working with customer journeys, loyalty, or reactivation
• Good understanding of conversion, retention, and customer value
• Strong drive, analytical ability, and good communication skills
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR) related to customer data
