About this role
About Us
Hello! We are Clockwork. According to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, we belong to the staffing industry, but we don’t see ourselves as working with staffing (nor with recruitment, for that matter) – we work with people! Yes, we recruit managers and specialists, we supply skilled labor to industries, technology companies, trading firms, and others, we help schools enhance their competencies, and we match talents and skills with the needs of the labor market. But our offering is really about one thing: the power to move forward. That’s why we prefer to say that we are in the “better-future industry.” With high competence, personal commitment, and an unpretentious approach, our ambition is to be a charging station for people and companies that want to develop, every single day. You can draw strength from us in over twenty cities, from Stockholm in the south to Luleå in the north. Feel free to learn more at www.clockworkpeople.se.

Your Profile
We are looking for a solution-oriented and experienced mechanic with strong knowledge in mechanics and hydraulics. Troubleshooting is a central part of the job, so we expect you to be confident in analyzing and solving technical problems. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with experience working with technical systems and digital tools, and who is accustomed to independently seeking information and following instructions in both Swedish and English.
A requirement for the position is that you hold a B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have a forklift license, lift certification, machine operator certification, and certification for hot work.
We are seeking a meticulous person with good customer service skills who can handle both regular and stressful situations with confidence. You take initiative when problems arise, seek solutions, and collaborate to achieve the best results.
