About the Position
The role focuses on stator winding, a skilled and manual task that requires precision, endurance, and technical aptitude.
The work is entirely manual, without machines, and is performed in teams. Since the quality of the work cannot always be visually confirmed, it is necessary for the competence to be tested and certified. There are also tasks that include electrical testing of stators, making an electrical background advantageous.
Responsibilities
• Perform manual tasks in stator winding according to internal processes and safety requirements
• Carry out skilled craftsmanship where quality is ensured through certified competence
• Work in teams and contribute to an efficient production flow
• Follow standardized workflows, instructions, and safety procedures
• Potentially perform electrical tests of stators (advantageous task)
Working Hours and Scope
• Two-shift work
• 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in workshop work or similar manual craftsmanship
• Ability to work meticulously in technical and quality-assured tasks
• Ability to work in teams
• Advantageous:
– Electrical background
– Overhead crane certification
– Forklift certification
• Attention to detail and understanding of safety procedures
