About the Country Sales Manager Position As Country Sales Manager at Fabrika, you will play a key role in the organization, working alongside the CSO to develop a strategic plan to strengthen Fabrika's brand and presence in the Swedish market. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up. Your primary focus will be generating new orders and building long-term customer relationships within the OEM segment, with a portfolio consisting of electric motors from Fabrika and Innomotics (previously Siemens). You will work from your home office while collaborating with Fabrika's back office and sister companies within Nordic Drives Group. With a strong focus on growth, we seek someone who enjoys working closely with customers and in the field, using technical expertise to build trust and discover new contact pathways. In this position, you will report to Anders Ribergaard, CSO, based at the headquarters in Denmark. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and grow Fabrika's presence in the Swedish market. • Identify and engage new OEM customers in the industrial sector. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Manage the entire sales process; from first contact to completed deal and follow-up. • Work field-based with regular customer visits. About You We are seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of professional experience in technical OEM sales to industrial customers, within the electric motors and/or drive systems segment or equivalent technical components. You have an established network within the Swedish OEM industry and possess good technical understanding. To succeed in this role, you need a driver's license (B-license) and ability to travel for work (3 days/week). Additionally, you must be fluent in Swedish and English and have good documentation and computer skills. Having a mechanical engineering degree is advantageous. Essential Requirements: • At least ten years of professional experience in technical OEM sales to industrial customers, within electric motors, drive systems, or equivalent technical components. • An established network within the Swedish OEM industry. • Driver's license (B-license) and ability to travel for work (three days/week). • Fluency in both Swedish and English. Advantageous Qualifications: • Post-secondary education, preferably as a mechanical engineer or equivalent. • Good technical understanding of low-voltage electric motors and/or drive systems.
