ABOUT THE ROLE
As an on-site technician for our client, you will go out to users and assist them on location. You will resolve more complex issues that the helpdesk has been unable to solve. Your tasks will include troubleshooting programs and applications, reinstallations and configuration of clients, basic troubleshooting of networks, routers, and switches, as well as troubleshooting printers, mobile phones, and email systems. This may involve troubleshooting within Office 365, Windows/PC, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Azure, Microsoft Intune, cloud services, and ITIL.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
• Has worked with similar tasks for at least one year
• Has solid knowledge and experience in both hardware and software, such as laptops, monitors, Windows, Mac, tablets, networks, video conferencing solutions, and Office 365
• Can work according to ITIL
• Has experience with various ticketing systems
• Is driven and solution-oriented with the ability to understand and improve workflows
• It is an advantage if you have experience with personnel responsibility or have previously worked as a team lead
