We are now seeking a Fresh Produce Sales Manager for Stora Coop Örnsköldsvik – a central role for those who want to drive development, create engagement, and contribute to the industry's best customer experience.
About the Role
As a sales manager with us, you'll have a fast-paced and varied day leading the fresh produce department and driving the store's continued development together with the store manager. You'll become an important part of the store's management team with significant influence over sales, personnel, and work environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives close to operations – on the floor, together with your team and our customers. You lead with clarity, create structure, and inspire your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Primary Responsibilities
• Create top-class customer experiences – every day
• Lead, coach, and develop your fresh produce team
• Responsible for sales, results, and key performance indicators in your area
• Contribute to the store's overall development in the management team
• Actively work on improvements, work environment, and recruitment
Who Are We Looking For?
We seek a confident, clear, and engaged leader with experience in retail or a similar industry. You have the ability to drive change, build engagement, and create order and structure even in challenging environments.
You thrive in dynamic settings and have both courage and intuition in your leadership.
Experience in fresh produce is advantageous, but most important is a genuine interest in people, sales, and customer experience.
