In This Controls Engineer Role, You Will Be Responsible for Analyzing Customer Input and Requirements, Developing and Designing Solutions, Identifying Risks, and Adapting to Various Exciting Challenges in Advanced Environments. You Will Also Be On-Site in Projects - Hands-On - to Solve Customer Needs. Some Project Management Will Occur During Customer Installations, Where This Role Represents FläktGroup.
Some International Travel Is Included in the Role (Up to 20 Hotel Nights per Year), Participating in Internal Meetings, Customer Meetings, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Commissioning Support.
This Role Will Report to the Technical Director of Global Accounts Based in Austria and Closely Collaborate with the Technical Sales Support Director in Jönköping. The Position Is Located at Our Site in Jönköping.
Who Are You
We Are Seeking Someone with a Technical Degree Focused on Control Systems or Equivalent, Possibly with Experience in Electrical Design from a Manufacturing Industry. As You Will Have Many Touchpoints Within the Company, It Is Important That You Can Communicate Clearly in Both Swedish and English. You Are a Team Player and Will Collaborate with Various Manufacturing Units and Internal FläktGroup Functions, as Well as Have Multiple External Contacts.

Therefore, It Is Important That You Have a Strong Interest in Control Systems, Understanding Both New Technologies and the Logic Behind Our Solutions. It Is Advantageous If You Also Have:
• Integration Understanding
