The Central Management Administration consists of the areas of Support and Development, Strategic Community Planning, Emergency Services and Safety, HR, Communication, and Planning and Monitoring.
The administration's mission is to lead, support, and coordinate the entire municipal organization at the behest of the municipal council. This is accomplished by focusing on customer needs, maintaining a holistic view, and employing common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both our environment and each other.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will provide support to the administration’s managers in financial planning and monitoring. This involves work with budgeting, monthly closing and follow-up, as well as interim and annual closing. You will be involved in developing our common processes for planning and monitoring within the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or equivalent competence that we consider comparable.
Experience in financial work, preferably with a primary focus on budgeting, follow-up, and control, is an advantage.
You have the ability to organize and plan your work well, operate according to a clear process, and complete what you have started. You set timelines and meet deadlines. You easily collaborate with others and can relate to others in a responsive and flexible manner.
You possess the necessary skills to work with change or problem-solving. You take initiative and find solutions to emerging issues. You bring enthusiasm, positive energy, and joy to your work and can create consensus on various matters. You see opportunities in change and are driven by them while easily adapting to changing circumstances.
