We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous controller who wants to support our operations in a broad and varied role. About the Position As a controller with us, you will have a varied role working with both financial follow-up and operational management. You will help develop and support the operations by handling and being responsible for tasks related to financial management, as well as coordinating projects and working on improvements. The position is located in our Finance Unit, which has another controller, coordinator, and procurement specialist. The unit is part of the Business Support department consisting of approximately 30 employees from various professions such as HR, IT, and communication. Example Work Areas: • Financial administration related to e-commerce, project follow-up, inventory management, and contributing to good order in financial management. • Supporting the organization in forecast and budget work. • Coordination and support in departmental development and digitalization efforts, including participating in procurement of financial administrative support systems and contributing to initiatives around automation and AI solutions to streamline financial processes. • Compilation, analysis, and production of texts and financial reports. • Contributing to the development and updating of internal governing documents and routines in areas such as accounting, representation, and project management. • Handling certain administrative tasks crucial for smooth organizational operations. We are Seeking Someone Who: • Is at the beginning of their finance career and wants to develop in a role with diverse tasks. • Has an interest in both financial matters and organizational follow-up and development. • Is meticulous, analytical, and interested in both financial issues and business development. You have a good ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You are structured and adept at organizing your work to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We Seek Someone Who: • Has a university degree in economics or another education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. • Is familiar with working in financial administrative support systems and can easily adapt to new digital tools and working methods. • Has good skills in the Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Has good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. It is Meritorious if You Have: • Experience working with automation or AI support in financial work to streamline follow-up, analysis, and reporting. • Experience writing or updating internal governance documents, policies, or routines. • Experience working in the public sector. Employment Terms: Permanent full-time position, starting with a six-month probationary period. Commencement as soon as possible or by agreement.
