About the Assignment
We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We are now seeking a skilled controller for the State Property Management.
The agency currently needs a controller due to parental leave. As a controller, your primary tasks will involve working in a property area where you will support the property manager with economic planning, follow-up, and reporting. Your role also includes responsibility for coordination, reporting, and quality assurance.
You will be part of the finance unit, working with colleagues to achieve the agency's goals and mission.
For this role, we seek a driven, independent, and communicative candidate. You are confident in your skills and collaborate easily with others.
Job Requirements
• Relevant university degree
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in similar work (economic management, budgeting, and operational follow-up)
• At least three (3) years of independent experience with accounting, financial statements, etc.
• Experience coordinating and leading colleagues in budget, forecast, and financial statement work
• Ability to start the assignment in early December
Additional Merits
• At least three (3) years of experience with Unit4 Agresso
• At least three (3) years of experience as an economist in the real estate sector
• At least one (1) year of experience with property system FAST2
• At least one (1) year of experience with property system LEB
Assignment Period and Scope
Full-time 100% position from December until September 2026, with potential extension. Location is at the agency in Stockholm, with remote work possible by agreement.
