Are you an experienced and independent controller looking to support our operations in achieving good results? Then this could be the position for you! We are currently seeking a controller for the finance unit who wants to be involved, strengthen, and develop the work within our organization. In your role, you will work with both hospital-wide processes and specific operational areas.
Our unit consists of a finance manager and eight controllers based at the Central Hospital in Kristianstad (CSK). CSK is the emergency hospital for northeastern Skåne. Here, qualified emergency care is provided around the clock. CSK combines the resources of a large hospital with the proximity and community feel of a smaller facility. Approximately 2,500 employees work within the administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer you a position where you can develop and work from a broad perspective in collaboration with other support functions to help the organization achieve its set goals. Your tasks will include budgeting, analysis, calculations, follow-up and forecasting work, as well as year-end closing activities. Additionally, you will work with accounting, analyses of operations/finance, and investigative and development work. Your role will also involve participating in overarching processes within the finance area. You will contribute to the development and quality assurance of routines and processes in the field.
As a controller, you will provide qualified and consultative support to the operations, with the ability to manage both details and the overall perspective. The position is located in Kristianstad, and you will work closely with operational managers and the administration's staff functions. You will be part of a team consisting of eight controllers led by the finance manager for the administration. We also have an accounting controller in our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a university degree in finance or equivalent knowledge level within the controller profession. It is essential that you have prior experience with accounting systems and decision support systems. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We prefer candidates with several years of experience as a controller. Since we work with systems such as Raindance, Qlikview, and Qliksense as decision support systems, experience with these is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you are proactive, analytical, and solution-focused with a high level of service. You have the ability to see the details while also being able to lift your gaze and see the entire operational area and its opportunities. As a person, you are attentive, easily build relationships, and always strive to provide a good response. Furthermore, it is important that you have a business-oriented approach and work in a careful and structured manner. In your role, you have the ability to both challenge and support based on the situation and the organization's goals. The work requires you to be self-sufficient and enjoy independently supporting your operational area with a good ability to communicate financial matters. Personal suitability is highly valued.
