Are you an engaged controller with experience in monitoring and analyzing outcomes and forecasts? We are now looking for a new team member for the Monitoring and Analysis unit. About the position As a controller in the Monitoring and Analysis unit within the Management and Finance Department, you will play a central role in monitoring and analyzing FMV's operations at a cross-agency level. You will help drive the development of FMV's analysis and monitoring work and have the opportunity to shape the future working methods for how we prepare decision-making materials for the agency's management. At the same time, you will contribute to strengthening our capabilities in financial management, monitoring, and strategic analysis. You will work with monitoring and analysis of outcomes, forecasts, indicators, and key performance indicators. You will design and report ongoing status updates, providing you with a clear connection to the strategic decisions of the organization. You will also participate in budgeting and planning work and work in the support system UBW and Excel. Furthermore, you will contribute to ongoing and future development initiatives aimed at improving the agency's ability to analyze and visualize data, which is a crucial part of enhancing decision-making at the strategic level. You will work closely with managers, other controllers in the Management and Finance Department, as well as FMV's operational areas and central staff. The position is based in Stockholm. Travel may occur. About you We are looking for someone with a university degree in finance or equivalent qualifications acquired in another way that we deem comparable. You have several years of current and relevant experience in working with budgeting, forecasting, and planning, as well as financial management and monitoring. Additionally, you have several years of current and relevant experience in planning and conducting financial analyses and following up on results. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have experience working in Excel, financial and business systems, and it is advantageous if you have worked with Business Intelligence systems, Power BI, or similar. A fundamental requirement is that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial information from a larger organization. If you have experience in pedagogically guiding colleagues in financial matters and knowledge of the governmental budgeting process, we see this as a plus. Personal qualities are of great importance to us.
