Your Role
As a controller, you'll become part of our 13-person controlling team. You will be in our reporting team, working independently in your role, while also collaborating with your closest colleagues and other departments.
Your main tasks will include:
* Ongoing reporting, follow-up, and analysis of key performance indicators
* Responsibility for our project controlling. You will closely collaborate with our project organization, validate business cases, support our project managers, and conduct training
* Participate in monthly financial statements
* Responsible for updating and optimizing our standardized reports by focusing on improvement measures, such as finding new technical solutions and driving digitalization of our processes
You will report to the team leader of the reporting department.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has a completed college degree in economics, IT, or equivalent and has several years of experience in controlling. Furthermore, we believe you will thrive and succeed with us if you:
* Are curious and have strong analytical skills
* Are motivated by taking responsibility and driving development by making our processes more efficient, structured, and improved
* Have interest and competence in handling large data sets and are a very experienced user of Google Sheets or Excel
* Have good communication skills and proficiency in two of the following languages: Swedish, English, and German
It is meritorious if you have:
* Experience in project controlling
* Good German language skills
